Welcome to Lithuania
The World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) and the Local Organising Committee (LOC) — consisting of Team DiscCity, the Lithuanian Flying Disc Federation, and the Lithuanian Disc Golf Federation — are pleased to present the WFDF 2026 World Team Disc Golf Championships (WTDGC), to be hosted in Vilnius, Lithuania.
For the first time in the event’s history, WTDGC will be held in association with the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA), marking another step forward in the continued development and international recognition of team disc golf.
The 2026 edition will mark the sixth WTDGC and, for the first time, will feature two divisions: Open Teams and Masters Teams.
Following the confirmation of the competition structure, the championship will now take place over five (5) days — from Tuesday 8 September to Saturday 12 September 2026 — on two 18-hole championship-standard courses located in the scenic Pavilniai Regional Park area of Vilnius. Teams should plan to be available from Tuesday, with the first matches expected to begin around midday.
With 49 teams representing 32 countries currently registered across both divisions, WTDGC 2026 is set to become the largest and most internationally diverse edition of the championship to date, reflecting the continued growth of team disc golf worldwide.
WFDF looks forward to welcoming you and your teams to Vilnius, Lithuania, for the WFDF 2026 World Team Disc Golf Championships in association with PDGA — an event combining competitive excellence, friendship, and the warm hospitality of one of Europe’s most beautiful capital cities.
