World Ranking Points

WFDF World Ranking Points will be awarded only to teams competing in the Open Division.

Each participating Open team will receive 5 World Ranking Points for attendance, with additional points granted based on final placement in the event standings.
Placement points are calculated as 3 × the number of participating Open teams, decreasing by three points per position. For example, if there are 12 Open teams, first place will receive 36 points, second place 33 points, third place 30 points, and so on.

Note on WFDF World Disc Golf Rankings:
World Ranking Points earned at the WTDGC contribute to each country’s national team ranking. Only points from the three most recent WTDGC events and the most recent Continental or Regional Team events in between are included in the WFDF World Rankings calculation. An interim update of the rankings is published as soon as possible after each WTDGC.
