Participating Teams

The WFDF 2026 World Team Disc Golf Championships in association with PDGA will bring together national teams from around the world to compete for the title of World Team Champion.

With 49 teams representing 32 countries registered across both divisions, WTDGC 2026 is set to become the largest and most internationally diverse edition of the championship to date — continuing the strong growth of international team Disc Golf.

For the first time in WTDGC history, the championship will feature two competition divisions:

OPEN DIVISION

The Open Division represents the highest level of international team Disc Golf competition and brings together national teams competing through a combination of Singles and Doubles match play.

Open teams consist of both MPO and FPO players competing together as one national team and require not only strong individual performances but also strategic team selection and cooperation throughout the championship.
