Food & Catering
Catering for WTDGC 2026 will be organised in coordination with the Local Organising Committee (LOC) and is designed to provide convenient and high-quality meal options throughout the event.
Breakfast will be provided daily at the official event hotel for teams staying in official accommodation and is included in the accommodation price.
Lunch and dinner packages will also be available as optional pre-order services.
Meal plans are available not only to players and team staff but also to accompanying persons, family members and supporters, subject to availability and advance booking.
Lunch (Competition Area)
Lunch will be available at Belmontas restaurant near the competition courses and provided by an on-site restaurant located in a pleasant and welcoming setting within close proximity to the playing areas.
The lunch location is at the Tournament Center situated approximately 10–15 minutes walking distance from the both courses.
Lunch will include:
- Soup
- Main course
- Freshly prepared meals served daily
Participants will be able to choose between meal options each day:
- Fish
- Chicken / meat
- Vegetarian
Meal selection will be made on-site.
Price:
- 20 EUR per person per day
Lunch orders may be made for any number of participants within a delegation (for example only part of a team).
However, if lunch is ordered, it should generally be ordered consistently for all competition days.
Please note:
- Bringing outside food into the Belmontas restaurant area will not be permitted
- Access to the designated lunch area is intended only for participants who have ordered lunch through the LOC
- Lunch will be served during designated time windows
- Meals must be consumed on site
- Take-away meals will not be available
Dinner (Official Hotel)
Dinner will be available at the official event hotel in buffet format.
Estimated price:
- 30 EUR per person per day
Dinner may be ordered independently of accommodation.
Teams may order dinner for any number of participants.
Combined Meal Package Discount
Teams ordering both:
- Lunch package
- Dinner package
will receive an additional 10% discount on the combined meal price.
Dietary Requirements
Participants with food allergies or special dietary requirements should notify the organisers in advance.
For hotel catering:
- Please inform hotel staff during check-in
For lunch arrangements:
- Please contact the LOC directly so that suitable arrangements can be considered where feasible.
Ordering Procedure
All meals must be:
- Pre-ordered
- Confirmed in advance
- Paid through the LOC
Meal ordering is expected to close by the end of July 2026.
