ARRIVAL & AIRPORT TRANSPORT
Vilnius is easily accessible from across Europe and beyond, with Vilnius International Airport (VNO) located approximately 15 km from the tournament area and about 6 km from the city centre.
The airport offers direct connections to most major European hubs including Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Warsaw, Helsinki, Vienna and London.
Teams arriving by air can generally reach their accommodation within approximately 20–30 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions.
No organised airport transfer service between Vilnius International Airport and the official event hotel is planned.
For most teams and participants, the recommended option for travel between the airport and the official hotel is to use ride-sharing services such as Bolt or Uber, which are widely available at the airport and throughout Vilnius.
As a general reference:
- Airport → Official Hotel (Bolt / Uber): approximately 10–15 EUR per vehicle
- Typical travel time: approximately 20–30 minutes
For teams travelling together or carrying additional equipment, larger vehicle categories or local taxi alternatives may also be considered.
